KEYSTONEFOOTBALL AGENCY
Christian players’ agency · Southern Africa

The person before the transfer.

Keystone Football Agency is a Christian agency representing footballers, coaches and their families across Southern Africa — with honesty, care and professionalism that follows FIFA’s rules, on and off the pitch.

“It takes a family to raise a footballer.”

Where it began
“Do agencies offer real management — or do they simply facilitate transactions?”

At Orlando Pirates in Johannesburg, a midfielder told us he dreamed of playing in Europe — and that his representation could not help him get there. That conversation became Keystone Football Agency.

Our foundation

Christ at the centre.

“He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.”Colossians 1:17

KFA is built on faith in Jesus Christ. We believe every player is created in the image of God, that their talent is a gift from Him, and that our calling is to help them steward it well.

  • Spiritual mentorship and encouragement, offered to every client
  • We pray for the players and families we serve
  • When a player moves abroad, we help them find a church community
  • Honest dealings: no hidden fees, no side payments, no pressure

We are openly Christian and warmly welcome players of every background. Faith is offered, never imposed.

Our philosophy

Values before volume.

Most agencies in the region are transactional: the more deals they do, the more they earn. KFA is value-driven rather than deal-driven. We deliberately limit the number of players we represent, so every client gets real attention, counsel and a relationship built on trust.

We don’t push deals that benefit our business. We push deals that benefit a player’s career.

Why “Keystone”?

The keystone is the stone at the crown of an arch that locks all the others in place. For us, that keystone is Jesus Christ, the chief cornerstone: in him all things hold together.
